District Automates User Resource Allocation & Minimizes Help Desk Requests
Pulaski County Special School District
0 mi²district in Arkansas
Pulaski County wished to improve access, instruction time, and students’ overall classroom experience by leveraging the latest technology to provide better learning outcomes.
Staff cuts made it impossible for the IT team, who was already at a breaking point, to create student and staff accounts, priovide digital resource access, and keep up with support tickets - which put instruction time at risk.
Enboard’s Account & Resource Provisioning engine automated many of the time-consuming workflows related to identity and access management. Pulaski also used the platform’s Single Sign-On portal, Enhanced Authentication, and User Self-Service components for centralized resource access and password recovery.
Once the Enboard platform was fully implemented, several months of FTE’s time was recovered, allowing them to focus on long-term, strategic projects.
With their recovered IT capacity, Pulaski County is now revamping technical infrastructure across the district schools to create digital “innovation hubs” accessible to all students and teachers.
Summary from the Team
"Instead of having to implement multiple solutions for single sign-on, on-boarding, and provisioning, the Enboard package addressed all of our requirements. We did not find other solutions that could deliver all of these pieces."
