Baldwin County wished to achieve day-one readiness by securely distributing resources to teachers, students, and staff as quickly as possible.
Their goal of day-one readiness (teachers ready to teach and students ready to learn) was not possible because the IT team needed to manually add hundreds of faculty and staff accounts and assign numerous applications to each individual.
Enboard’s Provisioning engine automated many of the time-consuming processes for creating accounts and allocating digital resources. Staff and students’ resources were then rostered to their individualized Single Sign-On portal for centralized access.
The IT team recovered over 40 hours of lost productivity during the first weeks of school, their busiest time of year.
The recovered capacity allowed Baldwin to streamline other important processes to accelerate digital learning transformation.
Summary from the Team
“Since we’re no longer as bogged down with account provisioning, we’ve been able to use the time saved to streamline many other processes. Enboard has helped us get resources to teachers, students, and staff much quicker.”
